Position Title Operations Manager Exports Function Replenishment Location Mundra Job purpose Responsible for Exports business Management especially in the area of Warehousing/Logistics/Transportation. Driving highest level of cost efficiencies with greater customer satisfaction. Key Job Responsibilities Warehouse Management & Customer Service: Warehouse Cost Management, selection of warehouses, negotiation of C & F expenses etc. Management of overheads at warehouses & detentions Driving Depot Operational efficiencies to manage high throughput, fastest truck turnaround time, labour efficiencies etc. Managing Demand Fulfilment for all exports orders as per agreed timelines. Monitor obsolescence at Depots and trigger stakeholders to take necessary actions to avoid finished goods write off Execute Depot SOPs and put in controls to ensure compliance Design and implement Depot Payment structure, Depot Audits. Drive & motivate CSO and Warehouse Partners to achieve highest level of service metrics. Drive & monitor best practices across all warehouses in the region. Responsible for orders execution and delivery as cut off and sailing dates. Work with factory and planning teams for timely stocks availability and on time execution of orders. Drive the e - auction process with shipping agents/freight forwarders for best possible freight rates for BIL shipments.

Create & Manage Budgets: Preparation o Warehousing Budget and align Central Team with that. Other Responsibilities: Inventory Management of FG at depot and ensure smooth movement from stocks from factory to Depot. Close wrong SITs in SAP along with Finance to ensure timely period closure. Ensure 100% compliance on documentation and audit processes. Responsible for depot audit hygiene scores Education Qualification Graduation/ Post Graduation in Management / Supply chain from a institute of repute e.g. SP Jain, NITIE etc. Experience (in years) At least 7-8 years experience in planning and logistics with at least 3+ years in logistics in a major FMCG industry with exports and international business exposure. In case of MBA from premier management school 4-5 years of work experience is acceptable.
