a. Skills Required i. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, engineering, or related field ii. 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in production management or operations iii. Proven track record of successful project management iv. Strong understanding manufacturing processes v. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills vi. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite. b. Job description i. Regular visit to suppliers to explain product requirements, discuss product development, address issues related to delivery, production, and quality, and ensure that the supplier is meeting the company\'s expectations. ii. Should have experience in working with a confectionery plant and be familiar with its manufacturing processes. iii. Select, order, and purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies needed for production. iv. A good understanding of various types of packing materials and their usage in operations. v. Responsible for planning the production process, taking into account the available resources, production capacity, and customer demand. vi. Should be familiar with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) rules and regulations to ensure that the products comply with the applicable laws and regulations. vii. Should be able to renegotiate timescales or schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen events. viii. Liaise with manufacturers, vendors, supervisors, and team members to ensure that production runs smoothly. ix. Should be responsible for planning and organizing production schedules to meet customer demands. x. Should have knowledge of various flavours, colours, and other raw materials used in confectionery manufacturing. xi. Experience in quality management and good manufacturing practices (GMP) to ensure that the products meet the required quality standards. xii. Should be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ordering supplies, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed. xiii. Should establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. xiv. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that production runs smoothly. xv. Experience in managing and supervising production executives, quality control staff, and other personnel involved in the production process. xvi. Experience in designing product packing materials to ensure that they are attractive, functional, and cost-effective. xvii. Should develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across all departments while reducing costs. xviii. Plan for future demands for products or services based on market conditions and customer demand. xix. Prepare and present reports on operational performance to upper management. xx. Identify training and development needs for employees and provide coaching and mentorship as needed. xxi. Should be familiar with the container loading process and ensure that the products are loaded correctly to avoid damage during transportation. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 935,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month
