Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities

Enhance efficiency of ecommerce channel operations, warehouse operations & last mile
logistics
Work & build relationships with the stakeholders in the supply chain & logistics functions.
Drive organisation alignment with leadership, business verticals, engineering for this
charter.
Identify opportunities & optimise fastest and most cost effective delivery to
customers/channels. Improve on time delivery of shipment to customers/channels.
Build complete transparency and accountability in all operations & logistics workflows.
Drive this mindset across the length and breadth of Powerhouse91.
Identify customer needs and trends that drive consumer goods shopping in India across
different channels.
Influence every other function in the organisation including Shopping Experience, Post
Order Experience, sourcing experience, Delivery experience to drive operational efficiency.
Inspire and influence your team to achieve their key goals by evangelising and driving
consensus around the operations & supply chain vision, strategy, goals and execution
plan.

Desired Skills & Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce domain
Experience with google spreadsheets, microsoft excel to create complex systems and
analyse data
Mind blowing problem solving skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask
Highly curious, having an experimental mindset
