Job Description

Planning and Budgeting: Work closely with the management team in the preparation, forecasting, monitoring and reviewing of budgets with due regard to school policies and financial regulations.Standardize the budget report year on year.Manage logistics and events.Adapt good practices as per the market standards in all areas of operational administration.Review and control staff costs, by working in line with finance and human resources team regarding any changes.Administration: Administrative arrangements of various school programs, Annual Excursions (staff & students) & Field Visits.Implement stringent security intelligence systems and maintain high security standards in order to aid in the maintenance of safe learning environment for students and staff.Evaluate the staff assessment process.Management of School Infrastructure & assets.Liaison with local regulatory authorities and civil administration for smooth functioning,OverseeingOversee activities of campus operations and maintenanceOversee day-to-day operations of the following departments:Front office, Office administration, PRM, Accounts, Fee counter, Procurement, Assets and Inventory, Stock and Sales, Maintenance and TransportAnnual Sales, HO & 194Plan and implement Annual sale of books and uniform.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per monthSchedule:
