The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, including Guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment.The ideal candidate:

• Should have a degree in Hospitality Operations and Administration
• Should be aged between 27 - 38 years
• Should have related experience in an independent, Boutique or Luxury hotel for a minimum of 2-3 years.
• Should be an experienced leader who can communicate effectively (very important) engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
• Should have the innate ability to be a perfect host and engage the Guests in a meaningful conversation, which inevitably means that they should possess good General Knowledge and stay up to date on Current affairs
