Job description Full Responsible for managing of business operations such as ensuring that operations deliverables are completed on time Finance / Business

• Responsible for preparing operational policies for smooth running of operations across all departments.
• Preparation of MIS reports and submitting to HOD.
• Responsible for preparing statistical data on operational activities and submitting it to top management.
• Participate with the medical staff and senior management in the development and implementation of strategic plans and responsibility of P&L for respective departments
• Prepare documentation and projections to support the operating and capital budget planning process.

People

• Coaches staff in problem solving, effective communication strategies, and conflict resolution, mentoring and career path opportunities.
• Partnering with all departments to create the best outcome for the patient and family centered experience.
• Responsible for performance evaluation of staff.

Customer

• Support internal departments to manage expectation, reduced expense, determine priorities, develop workflow and ensure best results for the organization.
• Establish and attain challenging / achievable patient care, safety and education and customer service goals while maintaining financial viability.

Operations

• Oversee team adherence to standard policies, systems & procedures
• Responsible for auditing the medical records data on a regular basis.
• Monitoring the general store activities and highlighting discrepancies if any.
• Liaise with the legal, political and social, IR environment to ensure successful operations within the Hospital.
• Act as an escalation point for all Operational issues and take suitable action by interfacing with the concerned stakeholders to obtain timely resolutions
• Spearhead an organization wide process re-engineering initiative to enhance operational efficiency and work on patient delight through operational excellence.
• Take up operations audit as an initiative across all units and restructure the operations team structure.
• Responsible for conducting meetings of HODs at regular intervals.
