Responsibilities:
This role requires the individual to create strategies and manage the execution to deliver superior service.
Ensure all capacity, service level, and cost-related metrics are kept in control.
Design strategies to ensure effective team management.
Demonstrate strong people leadership skills to create a highly engaged and energized team
Ability to resolve complex issues with little supervision.
Work with internal teams to help enhance the platform by sharing ideas, information, and best practices
Regularly review and implement improvements to drive process efficiencies.
Provide a high standard of professional service to our clients while maintaining and exceeding the established standards for productivity and quality of work within the team.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and ensure that expectations are exceeded.
Act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments including Account Management, Operations, and Development teams
Minimum Qualifications :
The ideal candidate has a business-related bachelors or masters degree, has worked in a management position
Mnimum 5 year experience
Language - Malayalam
Experience working in an Ed-Tech or Online educational companies
A highly skilled influencer with demonstrated ability to drive relationships that enable partnership, collaboration toward common goals, and leveraging of best practices
Highly accountable with a strategic mindset, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of activity within their area of responsibility and able to work across the matrix and lead in a global environment including ensuring proper oversight key of operational controls and performance metrics
Strong leadership ability with a disciplined and structured approach to problem-solving, decision making and prioritization
Age: 35 to 45 years
