Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across company-owned and franchise outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of F&B operations, franchise management, staff training, and compliance processes (FSSAI, POS setup, onboarding, etc.).
The role demands a blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, and leadership to ensure smooth functioning of all outlets in line with Fraterniti Foods' standards and brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Outlet Operations & Performance
Oversee daily operations of all outlets to ensure adherence to company standards for quality, hygiene, and service.
Conduct regular audits of store performance, hygiene, and customer experience.
Implement and monitor SOPs for kitchen, service, and back-end operations.
Analyze sales, wastage, and profitability data for performance improvement.
Franchise Onboarding & Coordination
Lead end-to-end franchise onboarding process - documentation, kitchen setup, and pre-opening training.
Ensure all franchise outlets are fully aligned with brand guidelines and operational standards.
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Accounts, Marketing, Supply Chain) to facilitate smooth franchise support.
Conduct regular reviews and provide performance feedback to franchise owners and managers.
POS System & Technology Implementation
Manage installation, training, and usage of POS systems across all outlets.
Ensure accurate billing, reporting, and inventory tracking through POS.
Work closely with the IT and Accounts teams to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
FSSAI & Compliance
Ensure FSSAI registration, license renewals, and compliance for all outlets.
Oversee documentation and implementation of HACCP / Food Safety standards.
Maintain hygiene audits, safety protocols, and statutory checklists.
Staff Training & Development
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and skill development of kitchen and service staff.
Conduct training sessions on SOPs, hygiene standards, customer handling, and POS usage.
Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline as per company policy.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Monitor raw material requirements and timely supply coordination with the central procurement team.
Track wastage, pilferage, and ensure cost optimization at all outlets.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers for smooth supply chain operations.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (sales, manpower, food cost, customer feedback).
Share insights with management and suggest process improvements.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and compliance reviews.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Deep understanding of F&B operations, kitchen management, and franchise functioning.
Proficient in POS systems, Excel, and data analysis.
Knowledge of FSSAI norms, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and travel to outlets across regions.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in F&B operations or franchise management (QSR, Cafe, or Restaurant industry preferred).

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
