Job Description

Daily operations:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, such as restaurants, bars, and catering services.

Staff management:

Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and creating schedules.

Financial management:

Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability and control costs.

Customer experience:

Ensure high-quality customer service, address complaints, and monitor customer satisfaction levels to make necessary improvements.

Quality control:

Monitor food and beverage quality, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Menu and concept management:

Innovate and refresh menus or concepts to enhance customer appeal and coordinate with suppliers for high-quality ingredients.

Inventory and procurement:

Manage inventory to reduce waste, control stock levels, and coordinate with supply chain departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,721.03 - ₹35,000.00 per month
