Job Description

: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (Manpower & Logistics). The Operations Manager will be responsible to handle all the daily operations of E-commerce and Logistics like (Amazon/Bluedart/Flipkart/Jiomart/Fedex/ Xpressbees/Snapdeal/Myantra/Groffers/Delhivery/Professional Couriers. Technical & other Skills : Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, manpower management. Liaising and negotiating with logistic companies for business development. Manage day to day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets. Having good approach with logistics companies. Coordination of Billing receipts and review with rate contract and initial check bills each month (All Logistics). Batch sheet for all bills to finance and tracking for OL and OL submission and payment. Visit to clients for various submissions and follow-up Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly. Keep track of staff, quality work, delivery times. Resolve any arising problems or complaints from the clients. Meet cost, accuracy and timelines targets. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements to operations. Working proactively with client\xe2\x80\x99s services to realize efficiencies and manage expectations. Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree or equivalent experience. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Advertising/Mass Communication. 5 to 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Operations Manager. Female & Male can apply. Salary: 25k to 35k based on skills & experience.
