Compliance & Standards:
Enforce health, safety, and local regulations; maintain property standards and cleanliness.
Strategic Input:
Collaborate with management, analyze performance, and develop strategies for business growth and revenue.
Core Duties:
Supervise front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and events.
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relations.
Handle sensitive guest issues and service recovery.
Implement and monitor operational policies.
