About SmartBike: SmartBike, a company run by passionate cyclists and entrepreneurs, is a fast growing Public Bicycle Sharing (PBS) Startup. SmartBike is implementing cycle sharing systems at affordable rates for the general public in collaboration with various city governments such as NDMC in New Delhi, GCC in Chennai, CSCL in Chandigarh & HMR in Hyderabad. ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team and take over the day-to-day operations for a service that provides a sustainable, healthy, and affordable transportation option for residents and visitors. Location : Chandigarh Positions : 2 Core Responsibilities: - Work under the direction of the General Manager to ensure successful operations. - Oversee training, scheduling, and management of the \'Street Team\' to conduct bike and station repairs and daily bike redistribution. - Design schedules and procedures to ensure that required customer service, station cleanliness, station maintenance, and rebalancing metrics are met and improved, as needed. - Work in partnership with the bike mechanic lead and other operations staff to ensure timely and productive workflows and continuous operational improvement. Required Skills and Experience: - A love of bicycles - 5 + years of operations/logistics background, including proven experience managing operations teams. - High proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Google Applications, and the ability to learn new software. - Familiarity with Chandigarh area geography and street layout. - Ability to understand technical aspects of the software and the hardware capabilities and needs of a bike share system. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to lead employees efficiently and fairly - Flexibility and the willingness to sometimes work irregular hours You can find more details about us on: https://www.smartbikemobility.com/ interested candidate can send the CV on 9989577804 No calls Please
