• Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned

Core Purpose of the Role:The role is responsible to manage all aspects of C&DS operations - operational efficiency, infrastructure, personnel, ensure efficient running of all sections and oversee deliverables. The successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to manage a diverse informatics projects and foster a spirit of collaboration across teams.Role Accountabilities

• Oversee C&DS operations to ensure quality and delivery, on time and within budget.
• Work with solution and technical heads for optimal running of RI projects, engage with Syngene OU and enabling function leaders to coordinate cross-functional collaborations.
• Resource planning, create and manage RI resource matrix, identify and fill gaps, allocate resources across projects, oversee training and development for the OU.
• Support strategic planning, developing new initiatives with the OU head and drive implementation as per plan.
• Monitor projects, milestones, deliverables and analyze performance to optimize delivery processes.

Specific requirements for this roleExperience

• 6-9 years

Functional / Technical skills:

• Familiarity across the breadth of computational sciences and research informatics -
• Ability to manage informatics projects in an agile environment
• Experience in requirement gathering, scoping and stakeholder interaction

Education

• Ph.D
