Operations Manager
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office. :

As we continue to execute on our aaS vision, Operations Manager role plays a pivotal role in executing the plan and deliver consistent outcomes. Key Responsibilities As an Operations Manager the key responsibilities would be as below Deliver seamless ITIL process and governance across all regions. Host a Business Analytics team, publishing reports and dashboards meeting leadership needs and customer SOW commitments. Operational Excellence

  • Excellence in TCE and aaS metric.
  • Operationalize aaS metric (POR Item)
  • Flawless audits on accounts from the region during renewal of ISO, CMMI, Soc1/Soc2, SAP
  • Meet the compliance (Secure Access, Patching, Vulnerability etc..) standards for GMS customers in the region.
  • Experience with business process improvement initiatives and strong grasp of concepts and toolkit to drive Operational Excellence (e.g. Six Sigma or Lean techniques, Huddles, Root Cause Problem Solving, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, deep-dive process discovery, idea generation)
  • Build a Continuous Improvement roadmap for driving operational improvement for the client’s core and enterprise operations
  • Lead Projects for the business, individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year per guidelines for certification
  • Program management – involving cross-functional teams and multiple project leads for timely delivery of results
  • Work with Tools Engineering team to have a smooth GMS delivery experience from Tools perspective.
  • Deliver penalty free operations.
Financial compliance
  • Ensure delivery is within the COD/Budget.
  • Drive adoption to new digital / platform initiatives – Email digitization, P1 reduction, Bulk ticket reduction etc… leading to efficiency gain and error free operations
Other Responsibilities
  • Drive POR for the Tower/Centre
  • Lead BCP for the GMS.
  • Problem Management for GMS delivery.
  • Drive capability development, talent development
  • Ensure the GMS supported customer landscape is compliance with Access and Security standards.
Experience & Qualification
  • Over 15 + years of experience in IT Services with at least 10 years of experience in leading a delivery organization in IT Infrastructure Services domain
  • ITIL V4 Certified, COBIT Certified.
  • Must preferably have experience of running delivery in a global IT and Services company
  • Must have experience in leading people through change, driven process excellence and achieved best Customer experience results
  • Must have serviced clients outside India with a solid track record of managing clients globally
  • A proven talent and team developer
  • 2 - 3 years of rich experience running IT Operations for clients in a managed services model
  • Proven track record in Innovation that led to modernization, efficiency, and better outcomes
  • Knowledge in ITIL practices and technology trends.
