Job description Experience and Qualification Language Job description - Operations Manager Oversee Knowledge transfer, Ramp up process Ensure sign off and oversight of all SLA discussions Be the center point of contact for managing operations Support the transition team from a ramp up planning and design of operations reporting & other management procedures Responsible for growing the account Motivate, coach & develop the team leaders Be the escalation point for any customer issues Provide constructive feedback, identify training & development needs of the team & conduct brain storming sessions to increase the knowledge of the team Responsbile for team\'s productivity and revenue assurance Experience AND Qualification: University graduate/Bachelors degree/Masters degree/ MBA with 8-10 years of experience in running end to end Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable processes Excellent accounting knowledge of E2E AR Process Should have BPO (third party vendor) exposure of atleast 3 years Experience with SAP, HighRadius is preferred Min 3 years of Hands on in Deductions/Claims or Dispute management Experince in FMCG industry is preferred Must have excellent written and Oral communication and drive conversations independently Good Analytical & Aptitude Skills Expertise in MS office Team management skills.
