Role Description:

Operations TL is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank\'s mission and strategic goals. Operations TL set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement.

Your key responsibilities

• Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creating plans for implementation.
• Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the company\'s internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
• Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk
• Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, market vendors and internal divisions
• Communicating changes to operational requirements and their impact on relevant processes and controls
• Support for the integration of new employees
• Review client account opening documentation as per regulatory and internal policies.
• Understanding of power of attorney processing and client onboarding controls.
• Face off to onshore, FO, auditors and various stakeholders in all process related queries.

Your skills and experience

• German Language B1/B2 level is must for this role.
• Good understanding of financial product and markets like Bonds, equities & other financial products.
• Good communication skills with strong people management skills
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Security Services in any Private Banking and should have managed a team size of at least 15 people.
• Hands on experience in reviewing client on-boarding documentation.
• Willing to work in Multiple/ rotational Shifts.
• Comprehend data and able to prepare senior management reports.
