About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure the smooth functioning of order management and customer relations
2. Work on order management on our website, phone and through our social media channels
3. Handle client management in terms of client interactions to convert enquiry in to a sale, and handle client redressals
4. Work on order management by maintaining verified order lists through our dedicated software, website, social media and WhatsApp
5. Manage invoice generation through our dedicated apps and generate EOD sales report by documenting online sales
6. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to maintain a seamless flow of orders
7. Manage seamless order delivery to all our clients through our dedicated delivery partners
8. Manage client escalations - point of contact for all client issues
9. Request client feedback after completion of every order

Who can apply
