• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments work together seamlessly
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure excellent service and guest experience
• Coordinate and communicate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources
• Supervise and train staff on job duties, customer service, and hotel policies
• Monitor and evaluate hotel performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
