Role \xe2\x80\x93 Area 1: Operations Understanding the clinical aspects of an eye hospital; Understand the common eye disorders and treatments available at Dr. Agarwal\xe2\x80\x99s. Focus on conversion at various levels \xe2\x80\x93 surgeries, optical sales, pharmacy sales etc. Doctors will diagnose and advise treatment; follow up to ensure the patient undergoes the necessary treatment. Increase yield per patient; promote high value surgeries, optical products to enhance revenue. Closely work with business development and marketing team; collect and give them feedback about which campaigns actually helped to drive walk-ins. Understand the supply chain process; coordinate with supply chain team to ensure adequate stocks of OT, pharmacy, laboratory and optical goods are maintained. Understand the key aspects of the software used in the hospital (Health Information Systems). Maintain MIS reports to understand the branch profit and loss statement. Cash collection and bank deposit process to be followed. Area 2: Patient Satisfaction Ensure that the patient waiting time is monitored and reduced as much as possible. Regular patient interaction and feedback to be collected for continuous improvement. Ensure regular follow up on post OP patients and Optical Delivery. Ensure impeccable grooming and courtesy by entire team towards patients. Area 3: People Management Keeping the doctor and employee morale high; motivate the team to win. Identify the best performers of the branch; ensure they are recognized and rewarded. Identify the average performers; motivate them to improve; identify their training needs and work with HR to deliver the same. Identify the drastically poor performers; get assistance of your reporting head or HR to ensure they either do not remain poor performers or do not remain in the team. Area 4: Facility Management. OT sterilization and biomedical equipment maintenance are key. Maintain Cleanliness of the hospital; control on housekeeping staff. Have control on branch security.
