Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administration roles (freshers are welcome).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Good verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
