Designation: Operations Engineer Department : Operations
Qualification: MBA in Operations with BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 1 - 2 years Required Skills
\xc2\xb7 Good in statistics, Must be proficient in Excel
\xc2\xb7 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
\xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of operation management processes
\xc2\xb7 Self- motivated and proactive.
\xc2\xb7 Self-learning ability with leadership qualities. Roles & Responsibility:
\xc2\xb7 Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices
\xc2\xb7 Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management
\xc2\xb7 Monitors performance progress with key stakeholders and management
\xc2\xb7 Maintain data by monitoring dashboards, key performance data (KPI)
\xc2\xb7 Acquiring knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance
\xc2\xb7 Interacting with all the department heads and stake holders for devising cost control strategies.
\xc2\xb7 Create new formats for MIS reports/ dashboards etc.
\xc2\xb7 Understand Good Manufacturing practices (GMP), Lean Management, Project Management and Six Sigma
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring and analyzing data on a day to day basis and devising change plans.
\xc2\xb7 Drive implementation through the plant team.
