Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all Operations
  • HR functions( Recruitment, training, performance appraisals etc.)
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Monitor internal HR systems
  • Conduct Performance appraisals
  • Coordinate Recruitment team and recruitment activities
  • Conduct on-the-job training and orientation
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Trivandrum, Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
