Air Liquide India caters to an expanding merchant market network to which it supplies Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Helium and Specialty gases, through various supply systems - pipelines, tankers, cylinders, on-site plants or other specialized modes, depending on the product, location, and customer needs

Missions and Responsibilities

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Operation Controller is to support the organization in the missions of financial and business performance analysis, providing accurate and reliable information.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct relevant analysis to obtain a clear understanding of the events and trends of operational and financial results of the company.
  • Prepare and validate the monthly results and comments in close relationships with Cluster teams.
  • Prepare and manage dashboards to facilitate detailed analysis
  • Animate the Target and the Reforecasts and monitor their implementation.
  • Manage the investment process, participate in the evaluation and validation of the projects while ensuring proper coordination with various stakeholders, along with regular follow up and tracking of the ongoing projects as well as planning the financing needs.
  • Propose solutions to reinforce our strengths and address our weaknesses.
  • Initiate change to bring more value and efficiency to the organization
Competencies and Profile

Desired Skill Set/Expertise

Minimum Qualification : MBA in Finance or equivalent, Engineering diploma with Finance experience.

Experience : 10 years of experience including 3-5 years in Operations Control / FP&A.
