As the Operations Automation Senior Associate within the Financial Reporting Change Team, you will lead automation initiatives and promote process improvements across Financial Reporting. You will leverage your expertise in Alteryx and UiPath to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and innovation.
Job Responsibilities

• Works with technology using Alteryx Designer/Server to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of low-code automation
• Supports aspects of the process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement while adhering to the firm's standards and controls
• Utilizes intelligent automation solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Hold Alteryx Designer Core Certification.
• Attain UiPath Certified RPA Associate or RPA Developer Certification.
• Demonstrate 5+ years of hands-on experience with Alteryx or UiPath.
• Deploy workflows to enterprise automation platforms.
• Analyze complex operational processes and data.
• Apply basic software development principles.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite and automation programming languages.

• Earn a Bachelor's degree or higher.
