We\'re currently seeking a kickass Operations Associate to help us take our mission to the next level.

As our Operations Associate your responsibilities will be:

Get in touch with the student to understand their academic status




Collect the required data and create a plan for the student




Share the plan\xe2\x80\x99s goals and explain them to the parent/student/both




Explain how the dashboard works to the student




Share daily reminders to do the tasks for the day with the student




Send nudges/ motivational messages if tasks are not started




Appreciation for completing a task




Send progress report to the child upon completion - end of the day or next morning




Do a zoom call/Google meet once a week to sit with the child and understand if they need help




Ensure the student is following the study plan and provide help wherever necessary


We\xe2\x80\x99d additionally be looking at




Quick Turnaround Time




Good communication skills, ability to work with different departments




Self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines




Receptive to constructive criticism, and delivering changes as directed




Technical know-how

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.




Be comfortable with using WhatsApp on the desktop to share tasks with the user




General usage for the dashboard




Schedule and take video calls with the student




Basic excel/dashboard used to update daily tasks for the user

Nature of Work:

Work from Questt HQ in HSR Layout, Bangalore (We may or may not have a PS4 Gaming Station at office )




You will be working 6-days a week with flexible timings




You get 0-1 Building Experience
