What can I expect from this role?

In this role, you will be a part of the Business Operations & Customer Success function at Nymble with some of your responsibilities being:

• 
  Enabling the infrastructure needed to conduct a) Customer field trials & b) Launch GTMs for the product. This would include but not be limited to setting up vendor/supply chain management in the launch geography(USA), payments infrastructure management, setting up business processes, and logistics execution.
• Shaping business cases basis projected cost and initial pricing frameworks
• Own the data synthesis and business reporting from ongoing consumer subscriptions of the product.
• Working with Customer Success teams to enable customer facing communications and demonstrations of the product.
• Handle customer requests coming in through the app to fulfil any support requirements.
• Effectively document communications & manage the customer lifecycle pipeline through CRMs.

• 
  Apart from this, all employees in the function are put through 3-6 month hands on stint on supporting our product\'s Beta customers who reside in the SF Bay Area, USA.

What makes you a match for us?

• 
  1-2 year of experience(Associate)/2-4 years of experience(Specialist)
• Excellent communication skills- this is an external facing role
• Professional writing skills
• Ability to derive and synthesize conclusions from large datasets and turning out professional PowerPoint presentations
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Experience with CRMs or 24*7 contact centre environment is a plus
• Willingness to work on US timings (10 pm to 7 AM IST)
