Job Profile

In this role, you would be hired as a trainee for the first 3 months. You will be undergoing the training and initial learning for the role. You would be responsible for ensuring that the students who want to join us have a smooth experience from admission to completion of the course. This would involve diverse activities from getting the proper documents from students for the fee payment processes and creating their accounts in the system to making sure they face no technical issues while making online payments. You would be required to solve any such queries and issues that may arise at these points to ensure the whole operation flows smoothly. Major responsibilities would be:

• 
  Ensuring a Hassle-free payment experience for the learners.
• Interacting with learners and external vendors.
• Finance tracking and reporting.
• Ensuring learner satisfaction by collecting and communicating the feedback
• Learner retention

Period of training:

3 months, after which the trainee will be converted to a full-time employee.


Stipend During Training: 15,500 per month
CTC After the Training: 3,00,000 \xe2\x80\x93 4,00,000 Per Annum
