We are looking for an Operations Analyst II to join our Operations team in Bangalore, reporting to the Manager of Operations. In this role, you will support high-quality outcomes on all aspects of the quote validation process. You will review and validate customer quotes, leveraging best practices and ensuring alignment with company policies. You will develop successful relationships with Sales, Sales leadership, Field Sales Operations, and Channel Partners to ensure the quality of quotes and drive efficiency in our booking process.

What you\'ll do:
Manage daily reviews of quotes and ensure a high level of accuracy
Validate quotes against established guidelines and work with sales teams, sales operations, and partners to address discrepancies
Communicate with key stakeholders on the status of quote issues and align to a high standard of quality in the quoting processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the accuracy of quotes
Utilize Salesforce CPQ tools to evaluate and validate quotes in alignment with pricing and discounting policies
Provide guidance and enablement recommendations for the sales teams on the use of Salesforce CPQ tools and quoting processes
Implement quality assurance measures to identify and rectify errors in the quoting process
Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators related to quote generation and validation
Become a subject matter expert in CPQ quoting, product SKU structures, booking requirements, and processes to deliver scalability and efficiency in the quote-to-cash process
What you\'ll bring:
5+ years of combined experience in sales operations / operational roles
Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud / CPQ experience required
Track record of managing goals and delivering exceptional customer support
Ability to evaluate, build, create, and re-invent sales processes
Ability to execute in a complex, fast-paced environment
Calm, supportive, and partnering attitude
Experience in advanced Excel, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, think creatively and pivot to changing priorities and deadlines

Become an SME on internal quoting processes, understanding the business and processes to support efficient quote-cash clearinghouse activities
Confidently engage key stakeholders and drive resolution of purchase order booking issues
Build strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders including sales operations, OM, sales, and partner teams

Be actively engaged in the daily PO booking process, proactively identifying issues with incoming purchase orders
Identify opportunities for improvements and actively create solutions
Independently manage cross-functional projects and requirements
