Deliver/facilitate new hire/ upskilling/ cross skilling training for M&R Enrollment & Billing areas
Deliver new hire and incumbent job specific training using innovative methods that increase retention and enhance cost effectiveness, basis approved standardized curriculum
Deliver ongoing refresher training based on development needs
Ensures utilization of appropriate learning techniques/technologies to optimize learning impact (Instructor-Led, Computer-Based, blended, web-based, social media, mobile)
Develops overall training plans/calendars to communicate and manage training activities/resources
Identifies and implement improvements to learning solutions (e.g., processes, procedures, materials, techniques, curricula) to enhance learning effectiveness and business impact
Able to identify the opportunity areas to improves the process (Bright Ideas, Decision-Trees, Macros etc.)
Able to coordinate with business for monthly pkt and drive it towards closure. MS Forms knowledge is must
Participate in quality council meetings, contribute in root cause analysis and implementation of remediation plan such as (refreshers, assessments and creating learning assets)
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Should have at least 2+ years of experience in training delivery of new hire and upskilling classes
2 - 4 years of experience with minimum 2+ years in Inhouse training for M&R Member Onboarding (Enrollment & Billing)
Experience in identifying and driving Learning curve reduction projects and work as project team member for analysis, recommendation, and execution with project lead
Exposure in driving bottom quartile management program (Performance Advance learning), to target improvement of floor metrics for focus group employees-should be able to run the Activities/Contest seamlessly and one must be exceptionally good in reporting.
Ability to measure and track pre and post training performance
Ability to organize, coordinate, and communicate training programs for the business to Provide feedback on regular basis
Ability to partner with leadership to provide coaching during training to Provide feedback to management on individual and group training results
Ability to provide feedback to the instructional design team and Review ,update training materials as needed
Able to demonstrate self-motivating attitude, facilitate diverse groups of people, attention to detail and focus on quality
Preferred Qualifications:
Functional expertise on Application work queues and Disenrollment process
Hands-on experience on MS Office applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, PPT skills Functional expertise on Enrollment and Billing process
