Department Heads (as assigned), Duty Managers, and Operational Staff
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager supports the General Manager by overseeing the daily functioning of key hotel departments, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability. The role acts as a bridge between strategy and execution across all service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and coordinate daily activities of operational departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
Ensure all departments meet service, quality, and safety standards.
Support department heads in managing schedules, resources, and resolving issues.
Oversee guest satisfaction initiatives and handle escalated complaints professionally.
Work closely with the GM to implement business plans and operational goals.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, dining outlets, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures across operations.
Monitor staff performance and training needs to maintain service excellence.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety guidelines, and licensing requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Finance departments for cross-functional support and planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Business Management.
Hospitality experience of at least 1-3 years.
Strong organizational and multi-departmental coordination skills.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in hotel software systems (PMS, POS, Inventory, etc.).
Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
