Restaurant Operations
Oversee daily operations of all hotel restaurants, lounges, and outlets
Ensure high standards of food quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction
Monitor service flow, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Banquet & Event Operations
Manage banquet operations including weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social functions
Coordinate with sales, kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams for seamless event execution
Ensure event setups, service standards, and timelines are met as per client agreements
Supervise banquet staff during events to maintain service quality
Team Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant and banquet staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development
Ensure staff adherence to SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols
Promote teamwork and maintain high employee morale
Financial & Cost Control
Monitor budgets, food & beverage costs, labor costs, and inventory
Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
Prepare operational reports and forecasts for management
Quality, Hygiene & Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all outlets and banquet areas
Implement and monitor SOPs, HACCP, and brand standards
Coordination & Administration
Work closely with kitchen, sales, procurement, and finance departments
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Manage vendor relationships and oversee supplies and equipment

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
