Job Description

  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
  • Frist Division Graduate with Experience of minimum 3 years in the same field.
Oversee procurement of the reason Search online and newspaper tenders and filling them on a regular basis. Should have Expertise of GEM Portal (Preferably Services Sector). Should be aware of different types of tenders (Preferably Services Sector). Can handle tender related responsibilities (searching, preparing, filling, quoting, bidding, submitting) independently. Filling offline / online tender on E-Tender/E-Procurement/SAP/GeM Portals. Follow up for tender and updating tender status. Candidate should have knowledge of documentation for preparing quotation tenders for services. Preparation of Technical/ Financial Bid abiding tender formalities. Providing comparative details of procured contracts. Day to day dealing with organizations and the hospital managers for the updates and queries regarding Tenders. Communicating with the Buyer Organization on regular basis for new Tenders made available online/offline by Different Government Departments. Preparation of tender documents, scanning, checking and Uploading Tender documents on website through e-tendering process. Providing extended support whenever required as per the need of the organization. Coordination with Pre-sales/Govt. Department/Buyer Organization for tender Compliance and technical Requirements. Registering with different portals and complying with govt. norms regularly such as EPF Portal, ESIC Portal and Labor License (E-Shram Portal) Capability to work remotely. Skills Required
  • 1. Frist Division Graduate with Experience of minimum 3 years in the same field (Tender Executive)
  • 2. Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience.
  • 3.Experience Skill Good Communication Skills, Negotiation skills, Analytical, and Presentation Skills
  • 4. Candidate should have adequate experience in e-tender and Tender preparation
  • 5. Good English communication skills.
  • 6. Good English and Hindi Typing Speed preferably above 32WPM.
  • 7. Ideal candidate Must have an Eye for Detail and proficiency for working under stressful conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
