• Ensure smooth planning and organizing the inventory and to ensure timely stock/item supplied for smooth delivery to customers.
• Plan and Project all physical records sync at E-Green software for smooth reconciliation.
• Planning & Assisting in Procurement & Delivery Schedules in line with the customer requirements and expansion.
• Ensure Product Specifications, Packaging Instructions & Shipment standards met in accordance with guidelines.
• Ensure products are located at right location in timely manner.
• Develop and manage production schedules and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality, and timelines

Data Feed Management

• Manage accurate and on time uploading of new/restore products for zero sale loss.
• End to end coordination with Creative (Photographer/Editor/Content) team for timely generating of SKU's and uploading of products.
• Coordinate with Marketing Team for more branding and sale purpose.

• Accountable for end-to-end Dispatch Processing. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle - from the view of Logistics.
• Oversee the Process of transport/Shipment management/Invoice Generation of material & Dispatch of finished Product in line with different Courier Vendors.
• Logistics
• Accountable for end-to-end Dispatch Processing. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle - from the view of Logistics.
• Oversee the Process of transport/Shipment management/Invoice Generation of material & Dispatch of finished Product in line with different Courier Vendors.
• Oversee & Responsible for dispatch audit and variance analysis and corrective action plan for pending orders.
• Responsible to resolve any arising problems or complaints in case of returns.

Staffing

• Monitoring productivity of staff and developing corrective measures to increase in production output with quality assurance guidelines.
• Ensure and monitor completion of allocated works within tight deadline with optimum standards of work
• Responsible for effective Team coordination and smooth intervention between the staff.

Budgeting & Reporting

• Responsible for preparing budgets and forecast of Production, Maintenance and Quality department including capital expenditure.
• Preparing budgets for new projects/Empanelment of New Vendors and

• managing them till completion
• Presenting monthly plan and report of the Division with corrective action plan if any.

An ideal candidate should have 10 years of relevant experience out of which at least 3 years in team handling and leading. Should have exposure in Managerial capacity for at least 2 years.
