Job Description

We are looking for:
An experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to lead our team and drive growth in our organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a reputable company, with strong computer skills and leadership abilities. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company\'s operations, managing the team, and ensuring the organization\'s growth and success. This includes data management, online profile management, inventory management, market research, data analysis etc. Responsibilities:

• Drive growth and revenue for the organization.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales and operational activities.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the good known company.
• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving growth.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with all levels.
