Multi Speciality Extrusions Private Limited JOB DESCRIPTION-MSEPL/JD/005 Operations Manager Job Objective: Problem Solving, Profit Increase & Planning Reports to: Director Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Expected CTC: INR 6,00,000 per annum Experience: 10 Years Minimum Overall responsibility of successful plant operations towards meeting objectives of Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Maintenance and Safety. Reporting to Managing Director for customer orders and any resource requirements to run plant smoothly. Managing Director Khuskhera Factory INR 6,00,000 per annum

• Expected to have rich experience in Production Planning, Quality Planning, Material Planning, HR Planning, Plant & Machinery Maintenance Management, Customer Interface and taking corrective actions, Data Analyses and Improvement.
• Plant Efficiency Management to achieve maximum productivity, hugest levels of quality products and zero maintenance of machines and utilities
• Hands on experience in capacity building of Plant & Machinery in case of new orders, new product development initiatives, project management skills etc.
• Manpower Planning and Worker management
• Independent commitment of ensuring smooth plant operations without any complications.

Entry Level Experience: 10+ Years Age: 30-40 yrs. Attributes: Go-getter, eager to learn new things, affinity for dealing with teams and customers, good team leader, desire to encounter challenges and accept the same, team player, technical bent of mind, Roles: Responsibilities: problem solver, analytical skills etc. Production, Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Maintenance & Overall PET Plant Operations Overall manpower planning and allocation as per order requirements for the PET department. Production, Planning & Control (PPC) for PET and update on a daily basis. Setting and achieving production and productivity targets Quality assurance and quality control of products assisted by quality team Meeting customer delivery targets Maintain cost of manufacturing and improve Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) Monitoring Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on a daily basis assisted by Line

Manpower deployment Incentivize human resource based on their performance Reward and recognition of performing teams 2 | | Head-Plant Operations Improved Visual Management on the shop floor Overall implementation of lean manufacturing practices including developing culture of
Kaizens, Poka Yokes and elimination of seven wastes (TIMWOOD).
