Key Responsibilities
# 1. Strategic & Operational Management
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure effective coordination between departments such as design, production, quality, procurement, and service.
# 2. Production & Manufacturing
Oversee daily manufacturing operations of CNC and VMC machines and related automation systems.
Implement lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma practices to improve productivity.
Monitor production KPIs such as output, downtime, yield, and efficiency.
Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
# 3. Supply Chain & Procurement
Supervise procurement of raw materials, components, and spares.
Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.
# 4. Quality & Compliance
Maintain high-quality standards across all products and processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and statutory norms.
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities.
# 5. People & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across operations.
Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Identify skill gaps and drive technical and managerial training initiatives.
# 6. Financial & Performance Management
Prepare and manage annual operational budgets.
Optimize cost structures without compromising quality or delivery.
Monitor key performance metrics and report regularly to senior management.
# 7. Customer Service & After-Sales Support
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve operational issues impacting deliveries or performance.
Support installation, commissioning, and service processes as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
