Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest service operations.
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with all departments to meet operational goals.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards across the facility.
Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate major issues.
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Support inventory management for linen, toiletries, kitchen, and other supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Maintain operational records, daily reports, and performance data.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and logistics.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
1-3 years of experience in hospitality operations (Front Office/Housekeeping/Guest Relations)
Knowledge of hospitality best practices and service standards.
