Job Description

Role Overview:



The Operations Executive will oversee and execute day-to-day catering operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, logistics, service staff, and clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, on-ground management capability, and a proactive attitude to maintain quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction at every event.

Key Responsibilities:1. Event Planning & Coordination



Coordinate with the sales and kitchen teams to understand event requirements, menu details, and guest counts. Prepare and share event execution plans including manpower deployment, logistics checklist, and timeline. Conduct site recces and finalize setup layouts with event planners or venue partners.

2. On-Ground Execution



Supervise event setup, food counters, service quality, and hygiene standards. Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and vendors for seamless event execution. Troubleshoot on-ground issues and ensure timely service during events. Maintain professionalism and brand standards at all times.

3. Team Coordination & Training



Manage and brief service and support staff before every event. Conduct short training sessions on grooming, service etiquette, and brand presentation.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain daily operations reports, event checklists, and feedback summaries. Track event costs, damages, and resource usage for post-event analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Good understanding of catering operations, logistics, and event flow. Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate in Hotel Management, Event Management, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in catering operations, hospitality, or events. Experience in premium / large-format catering will be an advantage.

Work Schedule:



6 days a week (including weekends and event days). Flexible hours during event periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
