Job Description

System Monitoring and Maintenance:

Continuously monitor operations systems (mechanical, electrical, IT, etc.) to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:

Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues or equipment malfunctions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Process Optimization:

Analyze workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all operational activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making. Generate performance and incident reports for management review.

Equipment and Resource Management:

Oversee the use and maintenance of machinery, tools, or software systems. Maintain inventory and ensure availability of critical resources.

Project Support:

Assist in planning and executing operational projects or upgrades. Support commissioning, decommissioning, or testing of systems and components.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of system operations, maintenance activities, and incidents. Prepare and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Coordination with Stakeholders:

Collaborate with engineering, IT, logistics, and management teams. Communicate with vendors, contractors, or service providers when needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices. Lead or contribute to initiatives focused on operational excellence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
