Sales and Distribution * Location :

Enterprise SMB JCA, Mumbai RCP, Maharash * Job Responsibilities :

1. Single-window support of all sales & channel operations
2. Resolve app issues that hamper sales on real time basis
3. Query resolution through Jio Central portal
4. Manage cross-functional interactions with deptartments & OCs
5. Identify & drive improvement through rejections / churn analysis
6. Identify chronic people/process/partners & drive change
7. Regularly update Knowledge Article, FAQ & process in Jio Central * Education Requirement :

Any Graduation * Experience Requirement :

1 to 3 Years * Skills & Competencies :

1. Business Acumen
2. Ownership Mindset to drive sales
3. Result orientation - Drive outcome through stakeholders
4. Must be able to support cross-functional teams and drive operations
5. Proficient in Microsoft applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
