Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 - remote support to OpenText Content Server (Nexus) users, answer/address OpenText Content Server access issues, how-to questions.
Triage cases to IMF internal support teams as needed such as Nexus Tier 2 support, desktop engineering, mobile engineering, etc.
Update knowledge articles pertaining to Nexus solution.

Qualifications:

Previous helpdesk support experience for IT tools
At least 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field
Knowledge about content management tools such as OpenText Content Server preferred but not required.
