Job Description

• Experience on OpenText ECM - Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments
• Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server installations, upgrades & Patching
• Prior experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages
• Should be hands-on on RCA related performance and functional issues ECM implementations
• Gain the trust and respect of customers and colleagues, in a fast growing and sometimes challenging business circumstances and under pressure
• Demonstrate keen interest to learn new technologies
• Quick Learner \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. about a new technology, or about a customer\xe2\x80\x99s business processes
• Demonstrate commercial awareness, i.e. identify commercial opportunities
• Share knowledge with colleagues and in the wider Open Text and Partner community
• Good problem solving and Trouble-shooting skills
• Troubleshooting issues with Content Server advanced workflows, custom web reports, LAPI and CS web services

Primary Skills

• 
  Strong knowledge on Open Text\'s Content Server 10.5 and above
• Good understanding of Front end, Admin, Archive and Utility servers of ECM

Secondary Skills

• General knowledge of security standards, architectures and protocols: directory servers (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies
• Assist project delivery teams with solution implementation
• Production system configuration and testing
• Data migrations
• Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
