Experience in OpenText ECM - Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments
Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server installations, upgrades & Patching
Prior Experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages
Should have hands-on experience on RCA related performance and functional issues ECM implementations
Troubleshooting issues with Content Server advanced workflows, custom web reports, LAPI and CS web services
Strong knowledge on Open Text's Content Server 10.5 and above
Good understanding of Front end, Admin, Archive and Utility servers of ECM
General knowledge of security standards, architectures and protocols: directory servers (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies. Assist project delivery teams with solution implementation. Production system configuration and testing and Data migrations
