Oversee daily store activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Staff management:
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate store staff. This includes managing performance and ensuring a positive team environment.
Inventory and supplies:
Manage all bakery inventory, including ordering, receiving, stock control, and conducting regular audits to maintain optimal levels and prevent waste.
Customer service:
Ensure a high standard of customer service by assisting customers, handling complaints, and working to achieve sales targets.
Health and safety:
Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations for the store and production areas.
Administration and finance:
Handle all cash handling, sales tracking, and prepare regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.
Supplier relations:
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other necessary stock.
Visuals and merchandising:
Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Implement promotional displays and optimize product placement to boost sales.
