Job Description


  • Manage And Supervise activities and operation of Vashi Branch
  • Performing real estate market research, development of Broker network and relevant data collection
  • Conducting Inspection Of Various Assets Including Residential, Commercial And Industrial Properties / Assets Etc. as per the process and requirement,
  • Checking And Preparing Valuation/ property appraisal Report, overall responsibility of the quality of report.
  • Training, Managing and Monitoring Team productivity
  • Monitoring TAT To Achieve Monthly Target
  • Co-Ordination With Bank\xe2\x80\x99s/NBFC\xe2\x80\x99s To Solve Technical Query and smooth business operation
  • Coordinating with accounts team for Preparing Monthly Bills And To Take Follow Up Of Outstanding Bills
  • Learning/updating Valuation Approaches methodology and proper execution in day to day activities.
  • Identify The Replacement Cost/Market Values Of The Assets Through Market Surveys.
  • Developing And Maintaining Business Relations With Banks/ Institutions.
  • Regular training to the team and coordination with head office to download the policies.
  • Ensure efficient team activities and harmonious working environment in the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 925,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
