Dr. Tvacha a leading skin, hair & aesthetic clinic in Thane & MumbaiRoles and responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Knowledge of portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Carrying out Recruitment process from Junior to Senior level.
- Maintaining the documentation and negotiating salary as per company standard.
- End to end recruitment from searching, on-boarding and joining formalities.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Monthly attendance and leaves management.
- Knowledge of payroll.
