Open Secret is a platform with a vision to make every Indian family snack better. Powered by a strong operating team of strategists and marketers from Harvard Business School, IIM, and IIT with 40+ years of collective FMCG experience and backed by the strongest set of mentors and funded by prominent investors: Ananta Capital, Sixth Sense, Matrix, Vijay Shekhar Sharma (Founder, Paytm), Kunal Bahl (Co-Founder, Snapdeal), Rohit Bansal (Co-Founder, Snapdeal) and Vivek Gambhir (Director and former CEO, Godrej Consumer Products).

The goal is to become the most preferred F&B platform for families by un-junking their favourite food & beverages. Open Secret is currently available through their website at https://opensecret.in, multiple ecommerce platforms, and across offline stores Pan India where they sell their entire range of un-junked snacks along with other partner brands including; Nutty Cookies, Nutty Chips, Flavoured Nuts, Nutty Shake Mixes , Chocolates, Nutty Spreads etc.

About the CEO and Co-Founder :

Ahana Gautam, CEO & Co-Founder at Open Secret, is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She is currently building Open Secret with a mission to make every Indian family snack better by un-junking their favourite food and beverages. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

2. Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and other applicable industry-specific regulations.

4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

6. Audit and Internal Controls: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and implementing necessary improvements.

8. Team management : providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance.

Requirements:

1. Education: CA/ Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on compliance and financial control.

3. Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.

5. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
