About the CEO and Co-Founder :

- Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

- She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Role & Responsibility :

- We are currently hiring a Business finance Manager/Asst Manager (Ops) for a series B funded D2C Start up in Mumbai. This is a leading FMCG startup that is growing in a big way.

- The role will play a key role in controlling and monitoring - procurement, productions and supply chain related costs.

Job description :

1. Raw material procurement, process and cost reductions initiatives

2. Packaging material procurement, process and cost reduction initiatives

3. Production efficiency tracking and sharing dashboard to understand the over/under
utilization of resources

4. Product / Category/ SKU level BOM mapping, updation , and control of cost elements. Checking price movements

5. Identifying the areas of cost reduction in Procurement to Production go mute.

6. Collating logistics costs by vertical and 3PL partners and evaluating cost saving opportunities

7. Closely monitoring warehousing and factory overheads costs and initiate control mechanisms.

8. Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.

Required Skills/Experience :

1. Qualified CMA (cost & management accountant) / Inter CMA / CA / Inter CA

2. 0 to 4 year of experience in Manufacturing/FMCG set up

3. 0 to 2 years of experience in start up / fast paced organization

4. Ability to work in challenging environment

5. Hustler, Well organized and self-directed.
