About The CEO And Co-Founder:

Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Responsibilities:

Payroll & Operations

- 1 to 3 years experience in Maintaining any HRMS payroll software.

- Responsible for handling the monthly Payroll Process and maintaining essential staff records for statutory submission and for Management Information.

- Responsible for all reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.

- Need to follow up Managers / Admins for any missing information w.r.t employee.

- Responsible for due diligence with respect to salary and compliance.

- Need to coordinate with the Compliance team for PF, ESIC, LWF, etc reports.

- Employer Branding
