Job Title: (OOH) Recruitment Consultant Location: Ahmedabad Company :JKS Outsourcing As an Out-of-Hours(OOH) Recruitment Consultant at JKS, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. This position requires a deep understanding of the UK Healthcare industry, strong networking skills, and a passion for connecting candidates with exciting career opportunities within the OOH sector. Key Responsibilities Shift Booking: Coordinate and manage the scheduling and booking of shifts for temporary or part-time OOH positions. Ensure that shifts are appropriately staffed, taking into account candidate availability, client requirements, and project timelines. Communicate shift schedules to candidates and clients, addressing any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly. Client Engagement Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities within the OOH industry. Provide strategic talent acquisition guidance to clients and help them make informed hiring decisions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their unique requirements. Market Research And Industry Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the OOH advertising sector. Share insights and market intelligence with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Candidate Placement And Follow-up Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including candidate interviews, job offers, and negotiations. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for placed candidates, supporting their transition into their new roles. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure their job satisfaction and retention. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interviews, and placements. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity and results. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the OOH advertising industry. Strong understanding of OOH advertising trends, technologies, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient in using recruitment software and tools. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
